Who can resist to a tasty piece of dessert? 
Muska is traditionally made by filing between the layers of dough with walnuts. After baking, a syrup poured over the cooked Baklava, allows to soak in.

Galaktoboureko is a dessert of semolina custard in filo. The name means "milk börek". Served with a sweet syrup.

  Baklava is a rich, sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey.There are numerous variations of baklava, many a closely guarded secret passed down within families.
  Baklava with Pistachio is the most traditional Baklava. Good quality butter gives a unique and strong taste. 
  Büzgü Baklava is a modern twist of our Kitchen team. The uniqueness of this Baklava is that we are flavoring the syrup with anise.

It's nice to see your vegetables to grow! We can't have during all seasons the same vegetables but we can use them seasonal... That's what we are doing in MEZE Restoranas. We are using and cutting fresh vegetables by season. We are producing homemade sauces for our recipes and we are trying to take all nutrition facts.

episode 2 " DOUGHS"


 When you are preparing by yourself  bread is more tasty! Every day we are preparing fresh, handmade bread for you. Not only bread... but different type of doughs like Pita and Simits! 


  Pita is a type of flat bread, that you can combine it  with many different types of food. Simits are salt and sweet dough covered with sesame, that will accompany perfectly your breakfast.
